Does Cellugenix Elite renew automatically?
No. Elite is a fixed term with no automatic renewal. At the end of the term the membership simply expires unless you choose to purchase another term.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can request cancellation at any time. Your Elite benefits remain active until the end of the term you have already paid for.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Once Elite benefits have been used, cancelling does not create a prorated refund, except where required by applicable law. If no benefits have been used, a refund request will be reviewed in line with applicable consumer law.
Could I be offered store credit?
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, Cellugenix may offer account or store credit as an alternative resolution.
Do Elite prices stack with discount codes?
No. The best eligible offer applies, never both. Elite pricing does not combine with affiliate codes, BOGO promotions or major sitewide sales - you are charged whichever price is lower, so you are never worse off.
What happens to my discount when the term ends?
Prices return to guest prices on the expiry date. Your account, order history and certificates are unaffected, and you can buy another term at any time.
