- Order and delivery details, such as billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, currency, transaction status, and order history.
- Customer-service communications, form submissions, reviews, survey responses, and any files or information you choose to provide.
- Marketing preferences and consent records.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, referral source, pages viewed, interactions, session data, and security logs.
- Cookie and similar-technology data used for essential site operation, account login, cart, checkout, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing measurement where enabled and permitted.
Information from service providers
We may receive order, payment-status, shipping, fraud-prevention, analytics, customer-support, and marketing information from the service providers that help us operate our WordPress and WooCommerce store, payment options, delivery, CRM, and communications.
2. How we use information
- Operate the website, cart, checkout, customer account, and order-management systems.
- Process and verify transactions, provide payment instructions, and help recover an incomplete checkout when permitted.
- Pack, ship, track, and support orders.
- Respond to questions, account requests, complaints, damage reports, and payment-method changes.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance records.
- Improve site reliability, usability, products, and customer support.
- Send transactional messages and, with consent where required, promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting essential order messages.
3. Legal grounds and consent
Depending on your location, we process personal information with your consent, to perform a contract with you, to comply with law, and for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. You may withdraw consent to optional processing, subject to legal and contractual limits.
4. When we disclose information
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to service providers and parties that support our operations, including website hosting and e-commerce providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, customer-service and CRM providers, email delivery providers, analytics and security providers, professional advisers, and government or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.
We may also transfer information as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements. We do not sell personal information for money. If applicable law treats certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing,” you may contact us to exercise an available opt-out right.
5. Payments
Payment options vary by location and transaction. Payment credentials are submitted to the selected payment provider and are governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Do not send card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, private keys, or other sensitive payment data by ordinary email or contact form.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support security, login, cart, checkout, and site preferences. Analytics and marketing technologies may help us understand site performance and campaign effectiveness. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working. Where required, we request consent before using non-essential technologies.
The services we currently use include: Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and Burst Statistics for site analytics; WooCommerce order attribution, Metorik and FunnelKit for order analytics and campaign source tracking; FunnelKit and Hostinger Reach for customer email; AffiliateWP, which sets a referral cookie when you arrive through a partner link; and ShipStation for fulfilment. Payments are processed by Technio (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay), NOWPayments (crypto) and Wallet Up (Zelle, U.S.); Interac e-Transfer and bank transfers are received directly. Each provider receives only the information needed for its service.
7. Retention and international processing
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, customer support, security, dispute resolution, and legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ in those locations.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections, access controls, backups, and payment-provider security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, or an explanation of disclosures. You may also opt out of marketing at any time.
Send requests to info@cellugenixpeptides.io with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained or withheld where permitted or required by law. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy regulator.
10. Children
The website and products are not directed to minors. You must be at least 21 years old and the age of majority where you live to create an account or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Third-party links
Our website may link to independent websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or handling of information.
